A fitness assessment is not a test! It is a way for you to set a benchmark of where your fitness level is at and then check in at regular intervals to mark your improvements!
This fitness assessment consists of push ups, sit ups and a walk or run. If you would like to benchmark other exercises, we can accommodate that!
Mindful Movements is a light exercise program that has been described by attendees as Meditation through Movement.
There are no uncomfortable positions and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
This segment is conducted by the lovely Jo Stevens from The Zen Zone.
* Qi- Gong, slow purposeful movements to help clear the mind and concentrate on your breathing.
* Shaking dance - Have fun with it and dance like no one is watching!
* Meditation - We end the class with meditation to help clear our thoughts.
