The major benefit of engaging a personal trainer is making yourself accountable and having someone to motivate you!
You've taken the first step of recognising that you need to change your routine. Whether the change is a result of the need to lose weight, tone or bulk up or just to increase general fitness/flexibility, a change is required! While you may have explored the internet and been bombarded with different ideas of what you need to do to achieve your goals, you may either:
- not quite know how to start, or
- not be able to get yourself into the routine that you require.
By engaging me as your personal trainer, you do two things:
- Firstly, you give yourself peace of mind that the journey you are about to embark on is one that is tailored for you specifically, not a generic download from the net!
- Secondly, you make a commitment to yourself to be accountable - you book your sessions, so now you have that accountability to attend them!
The encouragement and motivation that I provide to enable you to achieve much greater results than you can achieve alone is not limited to the time you spend in you sessions!
