Sea Breeze Life and Sea Breeze Training are owned and operated by Lisa Jane Hawthorne. Both websites: www.seabreezelife.com and www.lisajanehawthorne.com, provide health, fitness and lifestyle information aimed at improving your health, fitness and lifestyle.

When you visit our websites
When you visit our websites (www.seabreezelife.com or www.lisajanehawthorne.com) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.
When you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
